Ticket Policy License
Every guest entering the theater requires a ticket. Please check the date and curtain time. Latecomers and those who exit during a performance will not be admitted until an appropriate interval. This ticket is a revocable license, subject to all terms, conditions and policies established by Midland Center for the Arts (“Midland Center”). Such license may be revoked without refund for noncompliance with terms. Any conduct deemed by Midland Center in its sole and absolute discretion to be disorderly or disruptive shall automatically terminate Holder’s license hereunder. Pursuant to s.750.465, Michigan Legislature, this ticket may not be offered or resold at a price greater than the sale of a seat ticket at the box office or in excess of the advertised price of the seat ticket. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void. Holders are not permitted to take photographs or use recording devices, cell phones, tablets or other electronic equipment (each, a “Device”) during the event or performance. Any un-permitted use of a Device by Holder may result in the Device being confiscated for the duration of the event or performance. Holder grants permission to Midland Center to use the Holder’s image or likeness in connection with any recording via a Device or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket relates. Holder assumes any and all risks occurring before, during or after the event, including but not limited to injury by any cause and releases management, facility, participants, artists, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims. Holder consents to a reasonable search at the discretion of Midland Center. All applicable taxes are included. Service charges are not refundable. Prices, shows, artists, dates and times are subject to change at any time without notice.
